Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, you are all aware that on Sunday 23rd March, 2014, three gunmen walked into the Joy in Jesus Church in Likoni, Mombasa County, and attacked the worshipers assembled therein and left at least five dead and 17 injured, including infants, one of whom has just been transferred to the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) to undergo further surgery.
