Hon. Deputy Speaker, TSC advertised to fill vacancies in its membership in September 2012. • 16 May 2013 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, Sir, capacity has always been an excuse in determining and describing the performance of our police force. I am aware that in Western Province, insecurity has been initiated by rogues and thugs wielding machetes. Our police force is equipped; I do not think they are ill equipped to the advantage of those wielding machetes. I feel that there are issues beyond capacity affecting the performance of our police force. I think that has something to do with promotions within the police force.
