Mr. Speaker, Sir, did you just hear the Member for Kandara refer to Committee Members, me included as ignorant and that is why we included the name of Prof. Njuguna Ndung’u? Would that be in order? I do not think I am that ignorant. I think that is not the right language to use on hon. Members of Parliament. I am not ignorant myself.
