• 25 Nov 2009 in National Assembly: On fuel that people use for general production, if you watched the CNN at night, you heard it say that the price of a barrel of oil has gone down. However, the pump prices of fuel do not reduce in Kenya as the world oil prices come down. But if the world oil prices go up when our petroleum companies have stock, all our petrol stations increase prices the following morning.
