Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have given hon. Members ten minutes to debate except the Mover and the Chairman of the Budget Committee who will now have the right of reply for thirty minutes. Again, that shall be procedural. The Votes shall be committed to the relevant Departmental Committees.
