Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank everybody who has positively contributed towards this Motion. This country must have a Consumer Protection law. There is no "ifs" or "buts" or any two ways around it. The Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs was alluding to what other foreign countries do. Food and drug administration in the United States ensures exactly what we want to achieve with this Motion.
