There is no way that one provincial school is charging Kshs 50,000 while another one is charging Kshs 35,000 yet they are both able to manage their costs of running the school for the whole year. We have so many problems as Members of Parliament. For every ten calls, eight of them will be addressing the issue of school fees. view
