Those Committees would compete in terms of development and the use of county funds will be decided by the Ward Development Committee. The NG-CDF funds will be decided by the Constituency Development Committee. You will see the impact of those funds. I stand to support this Motion on Approval of the Ratification of the Nile Basin Cooperative Framework Agreement. As the Leader of the Majority Party has stated clearly, Kenya is a sovereign State.
