What punishment will be meted to those who will not attend in case they have no money to pay? The TSC needs to take care because the consumer of this item called Teacher Professional Development training is not the teacher. It is the TSC on behalf of the learner. So, a teacher must not be punished or told to train on his behalf as if he is going to consume it. view
