Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister has indicated that he has recruited 19 Fund Managers. For your information, the CDF Board has been saying the same thing; that they are recruiting people to be posted to various constituencies including Mathioya Constituency which has been suffering for the last three years. Could he indicate to this House where the 19 officers will be posted to in terms of constituencies?
