• 11 May 2021 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I draw the attention of Members to the provisions of the Constitution upon which the work of the PAC is hinged. Article 203(3) of the Constitution is clear that the equitable share of the revenue raised nationally and allocated to the national Government and county governments is to be calculated on the basis of the most recent audited accounts of revenue received as approved by the National Assembly.
