(1) The National Committee or the relevant County Policing licence. Authority may refuse to issue to an applicant, a licence to conduct a public collection where— (a)the application for a licence does not comply with this Act; (b) the applicant — (i) is an undischarged bankrupt; or (ii) has been found guilty of an offence under this Act; Again, this is to bring in the National Committee. It was a typo error. view
