This Aga Khan Primary School is a public school located in Parklands on LR.No.2093576, Title No.8620. This land was granted by the Commissioner of Lands in 1951. It was presented to the Right Honourable Sir Sultan Muhamed Shah for education purposes and public use – not private. He was to hold it in trust for the community. • 24 Mar 2011 in National Assembly: The Government, ever since, has been responsible for the posting and payment of teachers, the subordinate staff and all other learning materials. To date, we have 850 pupils in the school who are drawn from Westlands, Kasarani constituencies, the larger Kiambu County and also from Starehe Constituency. • 23 Feb 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Mr. Muiruri was put in for contempt of court, and the circumstances surrounding this case are such that if we allow the Assistant Minister to continue asking for more time, there are people who will continue to suffer injustice. The headmaster is still being held for contempt of court. There is an attempt to take away Aga Khan Primary School from the public and give it to the private sector. It is a very weighty matter. view

This document came from the American ambassador, Mr. Michael Rannerberger. On page 1 the document talks about a Mr. Adamo, who is mentioned as having worked at a company called M/s Amiran. M/s Amiran is said to be an Israeli company. The name of Punjani features in the document as having been a clearing agent.
