Even before that, I think it is important that, as Members of Parliament, we do not engage in this issue of debate from a point of fear.   • 18 Jun 2019 in National Assembly: Even as we pass it, we need to start doing soul-searching. I think we are slowly eating back what we gave ourselves in 2010. We need to support county governments and devolution. I know we have issues with governors, but we should not allow Kenyans to lose the gains of devolution just on account that money is being lost or some of us do not agree with governors.
