Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I just wanted the Minister to know that the Bill is more than just about the chiefs. It talks about the co-ordination between the central Government and the county governments, and the need to ensure that the central Government continues functioning. It is also important to point out that Section 14(2) is clear that the central Government will not be acting in isolation. It will be consulting the county governments.
