Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to state that I have not received a copy of the written answer the hon. Assistant Minister intends to give. In view of the circumstances of this Question, it is important that I interrogate it properly. I will not be able to do that if I do not have a copy of the written answer.

22 Jun 2010 in National Assembly:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, may I seek your indulgence. I am aware of the rules. In view of this, I ask for special leave to get a copy of the written answer so that I can have time to interrogate it even if it means taking this copy and dealing with this issue within the week. It is very important. The issue of Tuk Tuk, Ngware and boda boda in Kisumu is very emotive.

17 Jun 2010 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government has discussed with me. I think it is necessary that we get much more information. As he seeks more information that could be satisfactory to all the parties concerned, could he kindly address his mind to the issue that there is urgency involved?
