On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am glad the House appreciates the gravity of this issue. But ordinarily, in a matter such as this where a foreign national is under investigation and is released, some security is provided by that suspect and most of the time it is a passport.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, the last incident that this Question refers to of 3rd February, this year, is the last in a litany of accidents at this spot on this road. Many Kenyans have lost their lives on this road and the most well known one is Mr. Owino Misiany, the late musician.
