Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. mentioned miraa, we were confused as to whether he was talking about the County Government of Meru or the National Government. That is what created the confusion. view

Hata hivyo, inaonekana Serikali haina haja na wananchi wake. Wanaendelea kutoza ushuru kila mahali nao wananchi wanazidi kusononeka.
