On a point of order. With regard to the answer given by the Chairman of the relevant Committee, for the past 20 years, we have had problems at the Kenya-Somalia border. Every Kenyan knows this. We are also told that the border is about 700 in length from the Indian Ocean. What would it cost us if we decided to be very bold and strategic and invested heavily by putting up a security wall?
