The suspension of a county is indicated in Article 192 of the Constitution, as the Committee members have cited. • 26 Feb 2015 in Senate: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, two weeks ago I sought a Statement directed to the Chairman of the Committee of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in which I sought to know when the Ministry will step in to handle the ban they subjected to my people where cows were stopped from being sold as a result of foot and mouth disease. • 24 Feb 2015 in Senate: On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir. When you are putting the Question, you are actually saying that Clause 2 should be amended as suggested by the Mover, but you will note that after he has withdrawn part (d) there are two more ahead (b), (c) and (d). This means that the whole purpose for which I had brought that amendment is now lost. I wonder why I was not consulted because I am seeing it here for the first time. view
