Can you confirm that you will pay that money because what you are calling Kshs334 million or whatever it is, is supposed to be your job? You cannot batter your role and what you are paid for and assigned to do by refusing to pay what you owe to others. view

It is not a gift. It is not meant to go and settle her debts with the companies where she consumes the goods, just like furniture. When will you settle those bills as per the recommendation by the Auditor-General? view

Is the Minister in order to tell this House that, indeed, the NYS did not have the resources whereas there are 4,000 bags of fertilizer which have remained in the stores in Bura, and they have been stolen, bit by bit? We were at Bura and saw that physically. We also saw some seeds that had expired. What other resources do they require, yet they have equipment and water and they have also cleared the land?
