Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister still insists that it is the gangsters who shot Mr. Onungâa but he has not told this House and Kenyans that he has done enough investigations to confirm that none of the policemen fired a bullet at anybody. Has he confirmed that?

He has said that after the design has been done, the designer will come up with the cost of putting up the road. He has confirmed that this road will be constructed during the 2011/2012 financial year. How much money is available for the construction of this road?

(a) Could the Minister clarify whether persons recently employed by the Government in the Ministry of Education are set to be dismissed from service and, if so, what are the reasons for the decision? (b) What is the Government doing to cushion the affected employees, considering that many of them left previous employment and have also lost out on other employment opportunities?

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I think the Assistant Minister did not look at his answer before he came to this House. For example, Uriri High School is not in Migori, but in Uriri Constituency.
