  • 26 Feb 2019 in National Assembly: The NG-CDF has changed this country. When you pass through every constituency, you will see a building, for example, a school or a police post that has been put up by the NG-CDF. We, as law makers, need to change the Act and the laws, so that we can have more money to go to the NG-CDF. If we want this country to move forward rapidly in development, we need to consider that. We use the little money that we get to the last penny to make sure that our schools are developed. A lot of money goes to the ... view
  • 26 Feb 2019 in National Assembly: If the Office of the Auditor-General can manage to audit 290 constituencies and fail to audit 47 counties, it is wanting. It seems like 290 constituencies are fewer than 47 counties. There is something wrong with the Office of the Auditor-General. The National Treasury should release the money on time to make sure that the money reaches the constituencies. Students fail to go to school sometimes because of lack of fees. The National Treasury fails to give out the money to the NG-CDF. This is a very big failure because the National Treasury has a way of either misusing or ... view

This is a House of rules and the rules must be followed accordingly, because the day the rules will be bent a little bit you will see some Members coming with sandals and no shoes, the way some are trying to dress in a funny way that is not allowed. The suit that Hon. Sankok wears is the uniform of his hotel; I have been to his hotel in Narok. We cannot allow that he plays games with this House the way he is doing. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. view

  • 19 Feb 2019 in National Assembly: am excited to contribute to this Bill today. The Senate has come up with a good Bill. This Bill is going to support the county governments in so many aspects. It is vital to the nation and to the county governments that a Bill like this has come from the Senate that has been doing duplication work from the National Assembly. I also want to thank President Uhuru for two things. President Uhuru believes in devolution. Many people did not believe when President Uhuru took over the Government. They thought that the Jubilee Government would not support devolution. We thank ... view
