Maybe, I did not hear properly, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want the Member to make it clear to me. Did he say that he comes from Guinea Bissau?

Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance to also contribute. We have been having challenges. I want to thank Hon. Machogu for bringing this Report. The PSC, during the 11th Parliament, did not do much. We are talking of the building being completed, but the Commission spent a lot of money buying many buildings behind this Parliament. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to take this opportunity to air my views on this matter. I knew Mr. Wanyama as one of the lawyers in Bungoma who was murdered during the by-election of Musikari Kombo and Senator Wetangula.

I am the Vice-Chair of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security and my Chair is Hon. Paul Koinange. I know this matter of Mr. Wanyama has taken long. Indeed, it is now quiet and everybody has forgotten about it. I want to thank Hon. Barasa for bringing it up. As the Vice-Chair, I will make sure the people who were involved in murdering the two gentlemen; as Hon. Barasa has mentioned, are dealt with. Our Committee is serious unlike before. We are going to make sure they are apprehended.
