We also want to know if the National Treasury is not releasing money to county governments, then how do you expect the county governments to give bursaries to students? We have pending business Bills, including those were nullified because of the court ruling which require republication. I urge you that the SBC expedites action so that we have them republished. Looking at the time, we have less than 40 minutes before the House adjourns and we have more than eight people who have not spoken. If we go by the ten minutes that would run into 80 minutes and we do not have that kind of time. Will I be in order to suggest that the talk time be reduced to five minutes so that most of us are accommodated? view
