It is true that in the last one month, there has been a stalemate between the county executive and the county assembly. The leadership of the county assembly adopted shuttle diplomacy. They moved to Nairobi, Elgeyo- Marakwet and other areas. However, I am happy that we are trying to find ways to solve the crisis.
