We do not have 47 neurosurgeons or neurologists or radiologists. Therefore, we need to make sure that they can move across counties and ...

Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not want to ride on the Statement sought from my Committee. I want to give an undertaking on the issues which have been raised unless there are other Members who want to comment on that. I seek your guidance on that.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. All these matters are quite weighty. Sen. Dullo’s matter on Isiolo and Garissa came to our Committee and we scheduled to visit those areas. As we endeavoured to do that, the legislators held a meeting with the Ministry and they advised us to hold a bit.
