I am sure I will come back with another 200,000 doses of vaccine to Kenya for free. Therefore, the Ministry of Health should try and work harder.   • 23 Feb 2021 in National Assembly: Sorry, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I have to protect the others, especially Hon. Chepkut who is nearby. Information is power. We must always have the correct information. We must devolve information. We must promote the culture of reading. We must promote the culture of going to libraries. Our children have become very anti-social. They just watch things on their phones and on television. Our reading culture is getting eroded. We are always told that we must promote this culture because it develops the brain. So, like other speakers, I support the Bill. view
