• 2 Sep 2009 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, those who are opposing this Motion are, probably, afraid of going back to their constituencies because they are very unpopular. So, my proposal is that we should support this Motion and go to our respective constituencies. If we are discussing issues like the Mau Complex, famine and, above all, those IDPs who are still languishing in those IDP camps, I would support this Motion. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. view
