Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to request a Ministerial Statement as the Shadow Minister for National Security. Last night, a Cabinet Minister raided a police station to rescue a suspect in police custody. In the statement which I demand from the Minister, the intimidation of the police by Cabinet Ministers--- Even before, there was another Cabinet Minister who raided a private property. That has become a trend. We would like the Minister in charge of security to tell Kenyans whether Cabinet Ministers of this Government are above the law. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the other question that I would like to put to the Minister and the Ministry is: What is the purpose of hospitals retaining dead bodies when, maybe, the families of the dead are not able to pay the outstanding medical bills? Equally, what is the point of retaining patients in hospitals because they cannot pay medical fees? I think this is an issue which we need to address.
