  • 31 Jul 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the other question that I would like to put to the Minister and the Ministry is: What is the purpose of hospitals retaining dead bodies when, maybe, the families of the dead are not able to pay the outstanding medical bills? Equally, what is the point of retaining patients in hospitals because they cannot pay medical fees? I think this is an issue which we need to address.
