Yes, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. As we had said earlier, Members should avoid bringing their political differences from out there to this House. Casting aspersions on the integrity of the leadership of the Departmental Committee on Health without evidence is wrong. There was an opportunity for Members to appear before the Committee with evidence against anybody, but they never appeared. This is the same thing they have done with the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI). They have not given any evidence. So, anybody trying to oppose this Committee is protecting the COVID-19 billionaires.

Thank you, Hon speaker. I rise to support the Motion as amended. Hon Speaker, I was lucky to participate in looking at this issue when it came to the Committee, where I was the Vice-Chair. If the Members can look at the document, they will appreciate the fact that the Committee has done a good job. Those companies forged documents to support their bid to win the tender at the KEBS. I was one of the lucky Members of Parliament who travelled to Japan. I came right across the two companies. Both companies have no capacity whatsoever to even participate ...

THAT, in 1997, the Government, through the then Provincial Administration, established Kabolet Settlement Scheme, measuring approximately 3,000 acres, for the settlement of the Sengwer Community into two phases; Phase 1 and Phase 2. THAT, in the same year, the Kenya Forest Department, now Kenya Forest Service handed over the entire land to the Sengwer Community. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I having listened to the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock and it has confirmed my fears. This is because he has said that the Report concerning milk and dairy farming will be ready around February.
