(a) Yes, I am aware that Mr. Kunda Mutua Musyoka's body was found on 28th February, 2008, and not on 6th March, 2008 as alleged. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, on 28th February at around 11.55 a.m., a decomposed body was found in a thicket at Nzeu Village within Kitui Township. The body was later identified to be that of Mr. Kunda Mutua Nzioka who had earlier been reported missing. Due to decomposition of the body, no visible injuries could be seen on it.
