Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is in order to further give this further clarification sought for and since it is not closed, we are still going to have another meeting with the CS. We could address all these concerns. I also invite my colleagues who are here and want to seek further clarification. Within two weeks, I could come and give the position.

Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I join you in welcoming the Kenyan intellectuals who have come to benchmark at the right place. I wish them well and ask them to lead well together with the youth leaders who are here. The sky is actually the bottom and not the limit. They can do so much for this country and we need everybody on board.

Madam Temporary Speaker, I thank you for giving me an opportunity to add a word to this important Motion. I support this amendment. If we do not take into account or give all the adequate consideration, care and attention to the young ones, then we lose as leaders and as a nation. The County Early Childhood Education Bill (Senate Bill No.32 of 2014) is timely. I support the amendment because it will give us a strong foundation to ensure that the education system in the country, especially for the little ones, is adhered to. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to second the request by Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. because the circumstances are unique. You know that women of Kenya work so hard. It is because of circumstances beyond our control; for example, on the 4th of January, 2017 we would have voted. I urge you to exercise your discretion and defer it again.
