If we do not take into account or give all the adequate consideration, care and attention to the young ones, then we lose as leaders and as a nation. The County Early Childhood Education Bill (Senate Bill No.32 of 2014) is timely. I support the amendment because it will give us a strong foundation to ensure that the education system in the country, especially for the little ones, is adhered to. It is because of circumstances beyond our control; for example, on the 4th of January, 2017 we would have voted. I urge you to exercise your discretion and defer it again. view
