Njagagua, I want to point out that, on the issue of San Marco Space Station, our Committee appointed a sub-committee which was to be headed by hon. (Dr.) Ottichilo and all Members were present. We have also written to the Ministry of Defence and it should be noted that no committee can visit San Marco Space Station without their permission. view

Njagagua was among the Members who were there; we discussed the matter together and took a letter to the Ministry of Defence and we are waiting for a feedback. So, the ball is not in our court, as the leadership of the Committee, because a letter was written and we are only awaiting a reply. Hon. (Dr.) Ottichilo himself is the Chair of that sub-committee; we are waiting, as the leadership, for a follow up. Speaker, I want to state clearly that a few hours ago, I was chairing the Committee because our Chairlady is out of the country and we had our issues raised. Hon. Njagagua came in for a few minutes and then left. Therefore, he could have raised those issues at the Committee instead of bringing them here in the House. I think it is a shame for him to do so. view
