Since NTSA is collecting a lot of money from the alcoblows, as they draft the guidelines for training, will they consider doing that free of charge? The population using those boda bodas as a means of survival consists of very young boys who cannot afford to pay the Government a fee for training. As a member of the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources in this House, from the outset I have realized that there has been no communication between our Chair and the Chair of the Committee on the Constitution Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC).
