Many colleagues have expressed their concerns about the Kenya Power. I take this great opportunity to express my concern because since the onset of the short rains in October last year, my constituency and the Meru County at large, has suffered a lot of power blackouts, which even the regional management of the Kenya Poer could not prevent.
