We know that once a Member asks for a Statement, it is the property of the House, but the tradition has been that we allow the Member who requested for the Statement to be there so that he may raise subsequent questions. Some of us may not know why he raised this issue. So, I just want to plead with you that this Statement be deferred until Sen. Hassan Omar walks in. view
