Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the amendments are very clear and straightforward. The indefinite acting capacity of the Registrar of Political Parties has been an issue. Most of us did not understand why the issue has been left in abeyance, but now these amendments will cure that anomaly. I, therefore, agree and support the Bill. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am in agreement with you, but I believe that thorough scrutiny should have been done on the Bill before passing it. I am not blaming anybody, but in future, we should not wait to receive pressure from external organizations like WADA to do things right.

Madam Temporary Speaker, from the outset, I take this opportunity to congratulate the Mover of this Bill who is the Senate Majority Leader. I still want to realign this to give effect to Article 69 of our Constitution. I have seen a number of issues which need to be catered for at an appropriate time. For instance, the proposed Kenya Forest College should be enhanced to have effect especially to counties. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have worked with my Chairman because I am a Member of the Committee. I heard him request that he be given until tomorrow to bring the statement and if he fails to get it, then punitive measures such as summoning will follow. I do not understand why Members are bitter with my Chairman.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am a worried man considering the tradition and trends of events today. Is there a conspiracy from the Jubilee Government to derail issuing statements in this House? We seek answers from the Government but with the trend of events today and in the past few days--- I am just asking that question and we need to be told what is happening.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, before you arrange the time the Cabinet Secretaries will be coming here, I have seen here that the list of the integrated IDPs in Nyamira would be profiled shortly. I do not know whether the profile from Nyamira would be available or we just interrogate the same answers?
