Rather than calling for re-committal of that, we could add “under very specific things such as shelters and professional services” as some of the things to be ascribed under Clause 46 under the rules and regulations to be made. Somalia is a country of very serious strategic interests to Kenya. It is in our national interest when we think about our relationship with Somalia on matters of security and terrorism, smuggling, migration, spread of small arms, weapons and other things.
