Angwenyi, he is right that when a matter is brought to the House, the Members should be able to ventilate and vote with their conscience on what they think is best for the House. The Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology has important and urgent matters about school fees pending for January; it is about the regulations on the amount of school fees that should be paid.
