  • 28 Nov 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the projects shown here, which the Assistant Minister has tabulated like Chuluni Market were there in the year 2003. The projects for the year 2003 are now appearing in the Financial Year 2006/2007. What is the Assistant Minister doing to make sure that the projects in my constituency which were supposed to be dealt with this year are captured and not the ones for the year 2003? view

Given the fact that there are murmurs in the capital market that this is fraud, could the Government ensure that the Kenyan public will not be taken for a ride? view

(b) Why was the unit disbanded? (c) Could the Minister restore the unit as the area has high incidence of cattle rustling? view
  • 26 Jul 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister of State for Administration and National Security the following Question by Private Notice. • 26 Jul 2006 in National Assembly: Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. You have heard the unsatisfactory answer from the Assistant Minister. Just yesterday, the police boss in Kitui announced that they have apprehended one notorious gangster of this group called Kilunda, and now the Assistant Minister comes here and tells us that he is not aware that there is a group called Kilunda . Is he really serious with this answer? What is he going to do to ensure that those who have been involved in killing people and stealing are removed from the district? view
  • 26 Jul 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to request the Assistant Minister to consider bringing back the Anti-Stock Theft Unit to Endau.
