The Government has been advertising to source companies which have an interest in drilling to be commissioned to do this work. The Minister has said that one of them has already been commissioned, yet they are saying that they have not even prepared an environmental impact assessment report. I have got a copy of an advertisement by the Ministry asking for the same exercise to be carried out, yet they are saying they have no need for those services.
