That is for the record. I did not want Sen. Orengo to mislead the House that it was only Sen. Cherargei. On a more serious note, there is a valid argument being presented by Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. and seconded by Sen. Wetangula. Sen. Orengo said many things but the way forward was mentioned by Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. in terms of standing down the Report for the Committee to present us with all the evidence of adoption that is required.
