Madam Temporary Speaker, is it in order for a Member of this House to mislead the House, first, that the reason the Senate Majority Leader--- By the way, why did he not mention the Senate Minority Leader and the Senate Deputy Minority Leader, who are not here and yet they have not delegated to anybody?
