Hassan, Honorary Degrees are conferred by university communities upon recommendation by the public. I think we should start linking up with universities like the University of Nairobi to recommend Kenyans. It does not have to be a politician. Other than that, I would like to thank my brother, the Senate Minority Leader for bringing out some of the benefits of mobile telephone networks in some of our remote parts of this country, the economic benefits and the security benefits which are important for fighting crime.
