Keter fought so hard to take away the EPRA from the Ministry of Petroleum and Mining. The second function of the authority is importation, refining, exportation, transportation, storage and sale of petroleum and petroleum products with the exception of crude oil. view

There was a time we had very powerful Ministers like James Orengo who sat in Parliament and were accountable to the people because they used to be asked questions. I long for that time.
