I want to tell the House that this, in my view, is one of the best things that the Government has done for the people of Kenya. The only comment I want to make is that Gen. Kameru, given the proper latitude to do this work, will be likely to see a reverse of the insecurity that we are experiencing in the country. What will be unfortunate will be if those around the President do not give him the actual latitude to execute his mandate as provided in the Constitution.
