  • 26 Apr 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I was privy to the reading that has just been done by Ms. Murugi Mathenge but the improvement that has been brought by the Minister is better; if there are counties that are able to afford having the view
  • 26 Apr 2012 in National Assembly: gazette, let them have a tidy record of these transactions. Because we are putting it “and/or”, it does not hurt a thing but for those who are able, let us not keep newspapers but county or national gazettes. view
  • 26 Apr 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to agree with the Committee. However, I want to commend the hon. Minister for having done such a wonderful job. As you can see, he has relied, purely, on logic, law and patriotism. He has not mobilized anybody to come and help bulldoze his course. This is because beyond the Commission we still have the courts to go to. Let us leave the directive to the courts and not the Commission. So, we can live with the word “recommend.” view
  • 25 Apr 2012 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady. view
  • 25 Apr 2012 in National Assembly: Thank you, Madam Temporary Chairlady. Personally, I do not have an amendment on 5(b) but I concur with the Committee. On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I have an amendment to Clause 14(6) and you are already on seven. view
