However, reading through his answer, I have found out that the Minister is a good man, but the technical input to that answer is lacking time frames. Could he clarify if he is considering developing aquaculture on Lake Victoria? The natural fish that we have there is fast fading and yet the fish in the lake is of high quality compared to the pond fish.
