It also looks at the practice and standards which should be used in the ICT. As Hon. (Dr.) Pukose has rightly put, I support that we need to have that kind of continuity for the training offered by these cyber and mushrooming training centres. What are they training? I want to state that the issue of regulation is very important and because this is a legislation, it has to be dedicated so as to be implemented by the county governments. The most important part is that it is going to be expanded for any mama who wants children and not only the rich ones. I support. view
  • 17 Nov 2021 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chair. As it is now, the doctors:patients ratio in Kenya is 1:16,000. We cannot market what we cannot supply. All healthcare professionals can do the job and they all take oaths. They include clinical officers and nurses some of whom have PhDs. We are talking of those with expertise in in-vitro fertilisation. Saying “only a doctor” is like killing this Bill. It will not work. view
